1. Reserve your party
Choose your preferred room, date and time through our website and pay the $200 deposit to secure your booking.
2. Personalise your celebration
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you a party-planning form. This is where you can select your decorations, food, entertainment and optional extras, and provide your expected guest numbers.
3. Confirm the final details
We will confirm your final guest numbers, food selections and party details with you on the Tuesday before your party with payment due by Thursday before your party
From setting up the room to serving the food and helping everything run smoothly, our team takes care of the details so you can enjoy the celebration with your child.

Every party includes access to the Adventure Alley playground and your selected party space, with the exact inclusions depending on the package you choose. Food, cakes, decorations and entertainment can also be added to create the celebration that suits your family.
Choose your preferred party room, date and time through our online booking system and complete the booking details. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you the next steps for selecting any extras such as food, decorations, entertainment and final guest numbers.
Yes. You can add children’s party food to your booking, with a range of options available to suit different tastes and party sizes. You’ll be able to select your food choices as part of the party planning process before your celebration.
Yes. You can personalise your party with optional decorations and entertainment, including themed setups, character visits, face painting and other extras. We’ll send you the available options after your booking so you can choose what works best for your celebration.
No problem. Our party rooms suit different group sizes and party styles. If you’re unsure which option is best, contact our team and we’ll help you choose the most suitable space for your group.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, or you can order a cake through Adventure Alley. If you order through us, we can have it delivered directly to your party room and provide plates and forks.
Our party options cater for both smaller celebrations and larger groups. Check the details of your chosen package or contact us if you’re unsure which option will suit your guest numbers.
Adults are welcome to attend and supervise the celebration. The party package pricing is based on the children attending, with adult being expected at roughly a 1:1 ratio with the children at no charge
For daytime parties, Adventure Alley’s party food options are available for catering. We also offer Grazing Tables and food through Daily Bread. If you’re planning a larger self-catered event, our private hire option may be more suitable.
Yes. We can help with adult catering options as well as children’s party food. Ask our team about the available choices when planning your party. This can be ordered through the booking form once the deposit has cleared.
Yes, you can bring your own decorations, or choose from our decoration options. If you’re bringing your own items, check with us first if you’re planning anything large or requiring attachment to walls or furniture.
Yes. Entertainment can be added to your party, including character visits and other options depending on availability. We recommend arranging entertainment as early as possible.
After your date and time are reserved, we’ll send you the information you need to organise your party details, including guest numbers and any food, decoration or entertainment options. Final details are confirmed closer to your party date.
Yes of course! An additional decoration board hire costs $100, and an additional number light is $50.

Yes. Final guest numbers are confirmed closer to the party, so you don’t need to know the exact number of children when you first reserve your date.
