A little breathing room for your day, and plenty of play for theirs. Our supervised indoor-play sessions give children aged 5–10 an adventure of their own while you shop, work, run errands or enjoy a well-earned break.

All Kid Care services are for children aged 5–10. Tell us about allergies, medical needs, medication or additional support in the form. Medication, action plans and additional support require discussion and agreement with management before attendance.
Morning is 9am–12pm, Afternoon is 1pm–4pm, and School Day is 9am–3pm for all three services. Extended Day, 8:30am–4pm, is available only for the School Holiday Programme. Christmas and Weekend Drop-Off have no Extended Day. All requested dates and hours require written confirmation.
No — you can book one day, several days or all available programme days. There is no need to book a full week. Choose the days that work for your family, subject to availability. Please select your dates carefully: once confirmed, the cancellation and management-approved day-swap rules apply.
Bring socks, a named water bottle and snacks, plus lunch where needed if bringing your own. Please label belongings and leave valuables at home. Sign your child in and out with staff; only nominated authorised adults may collect. Collect by your booked finish time.
Food is optional and separate from session prices. BYO welcome, or add a $17 meal including juice or spring water: Chicken Nuggets + Fries, Fish Bites + Fries, Mini Hot Dogs + Fries, or Spring Rolls + Fries. Choose food for each child and note any changes by date. Tell us about allergies so we can discuss suitability before confirming. An ice block is included only for School Holiday Programme children.
School holiday days can include playground time, arts and crafts, games and creative challenges. Activities vary by session. Weekend and Christmas sessions focus on supervised indoor play. Check with us about specific care needs before booking.

Once confirmed in writing, reserved dates and sessions are payable at the agreed booked price. Customer cancellation, reduced days, missed sessions, illness and early collection do not normally qualify for a refund, credit or replacement, except where required by law or approved in writing by management. Email info@adventurealley.co.nz promptly. If Adventure Alley cancels a confirmed session, we offer a refund for that session or a credit if you prefer. Nothing limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Booked days cannot be swapped or transferred unless Adventure Alley management (Amy or Ryan) approves the change in advance. Email info@adventurealley.co.nz with your request. Approval depends on availability and staffing and must be confirmed in writing. Your original booking and fees remain in place until approval is received; missed days cannot automatically be carried forward to another day or holiday programme.
We confirm dates, places, hours, meals and the agreed booked price in writing and provide an invoice. Payment is due seven days before the first booked session. Bookings confirmed within seven days require payment on confirmation and before attendance. No automatic or compounding late-payment penalty applies. Contact Amy or Ryan about payment difficulties. Non-payment alone does not cancel a confirmed booking.
Please keep unwell children at home and let us know as soon as possible. Children must be free from vomiting or diarrhoea for at least 48 hours before attending. If your child becomes unwell during the programme, we will contact you to arrange collection. Booked sick days and other missed days are charged at the booked rate and do not automatically qualify for a refund, credit or replacement day, except where required by law or approved in writing by management.
Collect by your booked finish time. If delayed, call Amy or Ryan immediately on 027 227 6666 and arrange collection with an authorised adult. Sign in and out with staff; only nominated authorised adults may collect, and staff may check ID. Emergency contacts are not automatically collectors. No automatic late-collection charge applies. Any additional fee must be disclosed and agreed before confirmation.
