One child heads straight for the slides. Another wants to explore the climbing playground. And then there’s the one who could happily spend the whole visit in the ball pit. That’s the lovely thing about a play date here: there are different ways to join in, without needing to organise a timetable.

A catch-up that works for parents, too
Meeting another family? Pick a time that works around naps, school runs and hungry tummies. You don’t need a big occasion to enjoy a morning out together. A familiar meeting spot makes it easier to get a play date out of the group chat and into the diary.
Our café is here for a drink or something to eat between adventures. Keep supervising your children while they play, and build in a little pause when everyone needs one. A snack break can be the difference between “one more slide!” and a very tired trip home.
